In the production of glass lined equipment, enamel or glaze is a vital component. Our company uses No. 5809 high temperature enamel from the original "Xinhua Pharmaceutical". The acid corrosion resistance value of No. 5809 enamel is 0.4mg/m2/day as determined by the National Glass Enamel Glaze Performance Testing Center.
1.Glass-lined glaze (containing high silica SiO2) is sprayed on the inner surface of a carton steel or stainless steel container, and is firmly adhered to the metal surface to become composite products under a reasonable high-temperature burning process. The glass lined reactor top lids and tank bodies are separate. The two
separate parts are fixed with many clamps after putting a sealing gasket between them.
2. (1)The K50-500L glass-lined tank:
It is mainly used for small chemical and pharmaceutical experiments. This glass-lined reactor is also suitable for small-scale precision working conditions such as chemical and pharmaceutical industries.
(2)The K1000-6300L glass lined tank:
It is mainly used for medium-sized chemical and pharmaceutical experiments.
(3)The K8000-12500L glass lined tank:
It is mainly used in large-scale industrial production, as equipment for hydrolysis, neutralization, crystallization and mixing, and is used in the chemical, pharmaceutical, pesticide intermediate and other industries.

1.The enamel layer produced by our company can resist the corrosion of various concentrations of organic acids, inorganic acids, organic solvents and weak bases.
2.This product is not suitable for hydrofluoric acid, fluoride ion-containing medium, strong alkali and concentrated phosphoric acid under specific conditions (concentration ≥30%, temperature ≥180 ºC)
